Cancellation policy

All rights regarding Cancellations, Returns and Refunds are upto merchants


  • All products bought on can be cancelled only if they are eligible for cancellation.

  • Only products that are not shipped are eligible for cancellation.

  • You may cancel a product before the cancellation date as mentioned for every product, or before 4 business days, whichever is earlier.

  • The cancellation request will be processed and approved by the merchant, based on his terms and conditions.

  • In case of cancellations, your full amount will be refunded back to you.

Returns and Refunds

  • A product bought on can be returned only if they are eligible for return.

  • Any product received by the customer in a faulty or damaged condition is eligible for return.

  • All returns will be processed and approved by the merchant. This process might take upto 2 business days.

  • The product should be returned in its original condition, any product damaged or used by the customer cannot be returned.

  • All return shipping costs are to be beared by the buyer or customer.

  • Once a product is returned and is approved by the merchant, a full refund will be issued back to the customer within 48 hours. The amount may take upto 3 to 4 days to reflect in your bank account statement.
