Member’s Obligations

 Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of Quikrcv.com, the firm may suspend the Service being provided in the event that any dues payable by the Member are not paid. Upon suspension, the service shall be deemed to be terminated from the date stipulated by Quikrcv.com and the Member shall be liable for all charges and fees incurred until that date. Upon subsequent payment by the Member of the requisite payment on demands, Quikrcv.com may at its sole discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, reconnect the Service.

Prohibited Use

a) The Member will not allow any person other than the authorized person(s) named in the application form to use the Service.

b) The Member shall use the Service only for the purpose for which it is subscribed.
c) The Member will comply with all applicable laws and shall not contravene any applicable law of India relating to the Services, including any regulation made pursuant thereto.

Use Of Data

The Member hereby agrees and irrevocably authorizes the Company to:

a) Use any data and information supplied by the Member in connection with this Agreement for the Company’s own purpose, to the company supplying such data and information to any other associated companies or selected third parties including search engines.

b) Use any data furnished by the Member in order to float offers or send mails regarding specific services and such mails may not been proclaimed or deemed to be unsolicited communiqué

c) Allow all data and information supplied by the Member in using the Service to remain at Quikrcv.com for the use of the Company in accordance with service agreement with the Member, notwithstanding the termination or suspension of the Service to the Member herein.

Suspension Of Service

Quikrcv.com reserves the right to block the services of the Member in case, any of the following is found:

a) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

b) is patently offensive to the online community, any such content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

c) involves unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”, the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”;

d) promotes any information that is misleading, is false or that promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or defamatory;

e) promotes unauthorized or an illegal copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices

g) displays pornographic or obscene or sexually explicit material of any kind;

            Paid Services

            Resume Development Service: Quikrcv.com operates several paid services (See “Register/Registration” section). By subscribing to receive any of these services, as well as the above terms and conditions, you are also agreeing to the following terms:

            a) The Member will comply with all notices or instructions given by Quikrcv.com from time to time in respect of the use of the Service.

            b) Certain areas of services of Quikrcv.com sites are only accessible to users who pay to subscribe.

            c) You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.

            d) Quikrcv.com will start its services only upon realization of the amount/fee/charges upfront.

            e) If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any paid-for services.

            f) You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information.

            g) In the case of unauthorized payments Quikrcv.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the online services.

            h) You can pay by either credit or debit card through your bank’s internet payment gateway. By submitting credit or debit card payment details to Quikrcv.com you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the subscription services using those payment details.

            i) Quikrcv.com will charge you in Indian rupees (INR), and any payment in other any other currency will be calculated at the relevant rates of exchange. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes. Quikrcv.com will not entertain any dispute about the rate at which your currency is converted into Indian Rupees since these transactions are determined as per the agreement of Quikrcv.com with Payumoney.com, our payment gateway partners, and their agreement with banks and credit card companies.

            j) The service would entail you to receive a soft copy of resume from Quikrcv.com . Not more than one resume is provided per service request and this does not compulsorily include a covering letter.

            k) Quikrcv.com will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that the paid services will be available to you within your specified time.

            l) Our delivery period starts from the same time of next working day, after the date on which payment hits the account of Quikrcv.com .

            m) Quikrcv.com reserves the rights to reject working on any resume at any stage of the process, if it is noticed that the terms and conditions have not been complied with.

            n) Quikrcv.com would provide the subscribed services only within the time period mentioned on our website for said service and provided that all required information’s are received on time and are complete as per expectations of Quikrcv.com.

            o) All the necessary modifications/alterations will be done only within a period of 15 working days from the date of draft forwarded by Quikrcv.com.

            p) Quikrcv.com offers no job guarantee or assurance for the resume developed. The service would only help you get your resume crafted in a powerful way and as per the market trends.

            q) The liability, if any, of Quikrcv.com is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the user.

            r) All outstanding balances must be cleared and must be paid in full in order to avail the complete services of the services subscribes/registered for.

            s) There will be separate charges for re-writing the resume again, if required to suit a different job profile other than the one availed for and once the validity period is expired.

            Refund Policy

            a) If you are, for any reason, not happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully raise your refund request received within 24 hours of your purchase, if any.

            b) We develop and cater our services every day to lots of satisfied customers, and our support is second to none. To request a refund, simply mail us your request on info@Quikrcv.com with your order details within Twenty Four Hours (24 Hrs) of your purchase. Please include your Order Number (informed to you while placing order) and optionally tell us the reason why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

            c) No requests for refunds will be entertained made after 24 hours of your purchase.

            d) Taxes deducted once will not be refunded back in any case.

            e) Refund requests will be processed and managed on case to case basis and the decision to refund will be made in the absolute discretion of Quikrcv.com .

            f) If agreed by Quikrcv.com , refund will be processed and will be credited back to the original credit/debit card or bank account as per the timeframe of respective Bank which is usually between 75 days (for VISA/MASTER) and 120 days (for AMEX) as per their rules. Quikrcv.com does not have any control on the processing or timelines prescribed by the bank and is not responsible for any such issues.

            g) Quikrcv.com will not refund the payment/charges for Resume Development Service or Placement Consultancy Service once the payment has been made to Quikrcv.com and the process has been initiated. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in partial or full such as after delivery of drafts, modifications, rectifications done as per your feedback.

            h) In the case of unauthorized payments / payment rejected / transaction marked as high-risk / stolen or fraud cards / chargeback or refund, either written or verbal to the bank / credit card company / payment gateway, Quikrcv.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services with immediate effect, either temporarily or permanently, partial or completely and no further services or support or responses will be provided to the client until the disputed subject matter is resolved.

            i) In case any member defames Quikrcv.com on public forum / blogs / public domains & websites / Social Media sites, same will be considered as acting against Quikrcv.com and hence the member / client order ID will be blocked in the system with immediate effect and no further request of any sort/value will further ever be entertained by Quikrcv.com till he / she removes the post. Quikrcv.com will also have the right to take a legal action / file a case against such people / clients participating in such activities.

            Governing Law And Jurisdiction

            This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Quikrcv.com service, contains the entire agreement between You/Member and Quikrcv.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with laws of the Government of India. Users of Quikrcv.com websites also explicitly agree that only courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Any dispute between the parties shall be referred to a named arbitrator appointed by Quikrcv.com under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties. The Arbitration proceeding will be conducted at Delhi / NCR in English language only.
